A Practice That Follows You Into Daily Life
We are soon starting our regular online meditation sessions April 9th, and I want to invite you to be part of the Triyana Online Sangha. Many of you have asked for this. A steady place to practice. A community. A rhythm. If you want the announcement and the link to join, sign up for the newsletter here.
We Practice The Three Pillars of Triyana
Sutrayana — Understanding Your Inner Landscape
Sutrayana is the foundation of Triyana. It’s the part of the practice that helps you see how your mind actually works — thoughts, reactions, emotions, habits. Not to judge them, but to understand them. When you build this clarity, life becomes less confusing and much easier to navigate.
Mantrayana — Using Sound to Shift Your State
This is where we bring sound into the practice through mantra. The vibration does the work. You don’t need any previous practice to apply this, or force anything. Mantra helps settle the nervous system, soften the heart, and transform whatever is stuck or heavy. It’s simple, practical, beautiful and very effective.
Mahamudra — Resting in Natural Awareness
Mahamudra is the heart of Triyana. It’s not complicated. It’s learning to rest in your mind’s natural clarity without trying to fix, change, or perfect anything. A direct way to meet yourself as you are beyond labels — spacious, calm, awake.
Why This Matters for Guides, Practitioners & Anyone Who Wants to Grow
Whether you are a yoga teacher, therapist, coach, or simply someone who wants more steadiness in life, Triyana gives you tools that actually translate into everyday situations. It helps you show up grounded, present, and clear — with others and with yourself.
